Refund Policy


Returns and exchanges are available within 30 days of purchase with a receipt or proof of purchase.  After 30 days, we can only offer store credit.

No returns or exchanges on any item that has been washed or worn.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Pre-approved Team or Corporate orders, as well as Personalized orders cannot be returned.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Masks
  • Some health and personal care items


If you are returning or exchanging, you are responsible for paying to ship the item(s) back to us.  

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s), and if it has been approved for a return or exchange.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.  Please allow a few days before your credit appears on your statement.  

Please allow a few days to process your exchange and to receive your order.  You will be charged for shipping of the new item(s).

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). If you are exchanging your item(s), you will be charged for shipping costs to send the new item(s) back to you.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
